Chief of Staff Sara Taylor sent the transmission Friday morning, Nov. 21, 2014, on behalf of the Acting Commissioner. The CorrectionHistory.Org site's webmaster has posted this page because the department's launch of the Twitter account devoted to promoting NYC's Boldest on social media represents a significant moment in the history of DOC communications.
