1920s Rikers Landfill Operations -- Scene #9: Close-up D (Near Right Section)

Close-up D (near right section) of Scene #9 shows in clear detail above-water hardware of shoal cribwork and a clawed clam shovel being used on barge trash. Because of the clarity of the close-up's details an answer begins to emerge for the question asked in the caption for Close-up C Scene #3 -- "Could it [the lettering on the big building] be 'Rodgers & Hagerty,' a contracting company much connected to Rikers Island development?"
