1920s Rikers Landfill Operations -- Scene #3: Close-up B (Near Left Section)

Close-up B (near left section) of Scene #3 shows smoke coming from the towering exhaust stacks of the equipment that operates the huge clawed clam-type shovels moving the solid waste fill. The only lettering clearly distinguishable is the number "3" on the side of an equipment operator's compartment immediately below an exhaust stack.
