 The Rikers segment of Jails of New York in the NYCTV Original Productions "Secrets of NY" series includes views, as above, looking out an unoccupied JATC cell. When 2 Block housed inmates, benchtables on the "flat" below the tiers were used for board games and metal boxes anchored to the wall held large TVs.
