 Correction Officer Joseph McGough near 2 Block cells during the Rikers segment of Jails of New York in the NYCTV Original Productions "Secrets of NY" series. The filming took place in March 2006 about two months before McGough's scheduled retirement. His 20-year career as a C.O. included more than a decade and a half at JATC.
